We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to make a return, you can do so within 15 days of receiving your order. Please be advised that once an order has been placed it can't be cancelled or changed. You'll have to wait until you receive your purchase and then return it. You have the option to either return your item(s) for a refund to be credited once we've received your returned package or exchange your item(s) with our Instant Refund feature that allows you to apply your refund amount to a new order right away. 


    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping label cost. The return label cost will be deducted from the 'Refund Due' amount back to the customer.
    • Only customers in the Continental US can obtain a shipping label



Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your refund typically within 1-3 business days.

All returns MUST meet the following criteria:

    • Return New Items Only: Returned clothes and accessories must be in new, unworn condition without any damages and with the original hang tag attached. When appropriate, we recommend you try on clothing with an undergarment.
    • Some Items Can’t Be Returned: swimwear cannot be returned.
    • A Refund If Returned Within 15 Days: If the items you ordered are not what you expected in size, fit or style, we will gladly provide you with a refund or store credit on any regular priced items in your order within 15 days of the day you receive your order. 
    • Items Can Not Be Returned After 15 Days.
    • Remember to Keep the Tags On: Please remember to keep all tags on if you want to return the item. If you return an item without the original hang tag attached, the return will not be processed.
